For £745:

​

- I will attend your firm and present to the partners of one of your teams for 60 minutes on the psychology of tricky or confusing team dynamics, focusing on my primary area of expertise when it comes to group work which is attachment theory and groupthink.

​

- I will then host a 60 minute discussion with those partners to understand the specific problems they are facing

​

- I will follow up with a report of my recommendations to spark transformation. I am an expert in approaches which you can use to build constructive, high trust relations with your employees and improve retention and employer brand 

​

- I will return to the firm after an agreed period of time, for a further 60 minute session in which we can discuss how things are working and I can speak directly to individual team members if required.

- OPTIONAL: I will deliver a presentation to your junior lawyers which will build their resilience to burnout and future-proof your firm

​

- I will provide gifts at the end of our time together!​​​
